A Traffic Police Officer And A Kuwaiti Man In Brawl

A traffic police officer and a Kuwaiti have been referred to a Police Station for verbally abusing each other, reports Al-Rai daily. The officer, not on duty, was in a café off the Arabian Gulf Street and when he left the café, he could not move his car because somebody had blocked his car from behind. When the owner of the car arrived, a Kuwaiti, an argument erupted and the officer issued a traffic citation against the compatriot.
