Administration Court Referred Two Public Prosecutors For Retirement

The Administration Court has referred two public prosecutors for retirement.In its verdict, it ordered the payment of compensation worth KD 5,001 for each of them. Also, the Misdemeanor Court acquitted a police officer who was accused of misusing authority and of violence. It imposed a fine on the plaintiffs for assaulting the police officer.

In a case filed against an Egyptian for using words deemed offensive to the Amiri entity, the Criminal Court ruled that he is not legally liable to stand trial after the psychiatric report showed that he wasn’t responsible for his action.
