An Asian Expatriate Arrested For Operating Illegal International Calls

Security operatives arrested an Asian expatriate in Farwaniya for operating illegal international calls, and confiscated gadgets used in the trade. He was referred to concerned authorities. Meanwhile, securitymen from Sulaibiya police station arrested an Asian expatriate in possession of 60 bottles of local liquor which he confessed selling to customers in the area for KD10 per bottle.

Security sources said the Asian aroused suspicion of patrol officers while waiting in his vehicle for a customer and he tried in vain to escape after they searched inside the car and found the contraband. He was referred to drug prosecution.
