An Asian Porter Arrested For Recycling And Selling Revenue Stamps

Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested an Asian porter for recycling and selling revenue stamps, Police have seized from the man’s car a large number of recycled stamps and handed him over to the concerned authority for further interrogation.
