An European Arrested For Try To Smuggle Narcotics Pills And Marijuana

Narcotics officers at Kuwait International Airport arrested a European man for trying to smuggle 100 narcotics pills and six packets of marijuana. A source from the Customs Department said a team of airport officers suspected the man when he arrived at the airport from a European country, so they searched his luggage and this led to the discovery of the contraband. The suspect was then referred to the relevant security unit. Meanwhile, officers from Farwaniya Security Command apprehended an Asian man for the possession of 80 bottles of liquor in Rigae. The officers were on duty in the area when they suspected movement of the suspect, so they decided to verify his status. He presented content of the cartons as bottles of water, but verification revealed that the bottles contained liquor for sale.
