An Unidentified Person Robbed An Expat's Wallet And Cellphone

Police are looking for an unidentified person, wearing sports gear for robbing an expatriate wallet and cellphone. The man was reportedly armed with a stun gun. The expatriate reportedly out of fear fell on the ground and the suspect escaped with the man’s wallet and cell phone.
