Anti Narcotics Department Has Registered 10 Cases In A Single Week

The Anti- Narcotics Department in the Ministry of Interior has registered 10 cases in a single week concerning narcotics and brain stimulants, against 15 individuals — Kuwaitis, Bedouns, Arabs and Asians. In a press statement, the department revealed the confiscated narcotics included 260 kilograms of hashish, quarter kilogram of each of Crystal Meth and heroin, several saplings of ready to consume marijuana and 2,175 brain stimulant pills. The statement confirmed the concerned authority is currently preparing to deport eight of those arrested, indicating they were charged with dealing with drug traders. The department added it received seven drug addiction cases and the drug addicts were referred to rehabilitation centers.
