Chances Are High For Rain To Fall On Friday

Renowned Kuwaiti astronomer Dr Saleh Al-Ojairi said Kuwait is not likely to witness rainfall on Thursday, adding that temperature is a bit high in the country these days.

He forecasted return of low temperature after the weekend when it is expected to be as low as 5 degrees Celsius, advising sea and park goers to avoid going out due to the possibility of high waves. He said the people of Kuwait will see mushrooms but there is a need to be careful as some might be contaminated with radiation.

Meanwhile, the Weather Forecast Department announced that Thursday will be sunny with northwesterly wind, which is unstable from light to moderate and scattered clouds will appear later. The clouds will increase gradually in the evening, while the wind will be unstable with chances of fog.
