Citizen Apprehended Under The Influence Of Alcohol

A Kuwaiti citizen born in 1973 was apprehended under the influence of alcohol. Apparently, the citizen engaged in a quarrel with a Lebanese expatriate after hitting the rear of his vehicle. The victim is said to have filed a report with officers at Maidan Hawalli police station and they found the citizen in possession of foreign liquor “Jackson” upon their arrival to the scene. He was referred for further investigation.
