Citizen Arrested For Damaging Traffic Camera

Traffic detectives arrested a citizen for damaging a traffic camera on Sixth Ring Road. The video clip of a citizen damaging the traffic camera was gone viral on the social media. 

The citizen has been arrested and his vehicle is confiscated.
