Citizen Filed A Case Against An Unknown Individual Who Placed An Insulting Note On The Front Glass Of His Vehicle

A 38-year old Kuwaiti citizen filed a case against an unknown individual who placed an insulting note on the front glass of his vehicle at a petrol station in Hiteen area.According to security sources, the citizen went to Al-Salam Police station and explained to securitymen that he saw an individual who he did not know place a note on his vehicle. He immediately stopped him and checked the note to discover it contained insulting words.
