Cops Arrested Campsite Thieves

Five Egyptians and five Asians were arrested for stealing from camps and selling the stolen items including electrical generators for half the price in the market. According to security sources, when the Criminal Security Director Major General Mahmoud Al-Tabakh received information about a gang of Egyptians and Asians stealing from camps, he formed a team to monitor the suspects.

After the information was confirmed, the ten suspects were arrested in possession of tents and other items they stole from Julai’a area. When questioned, they confessed that they would observe camps and then steal from there when they are empty, after which they would sell the stolen items for half the price in the market. The suspects were referred with the stolen items to the concerned authorities for further investigation.
