Couple Arrested For Consuming Drugs

A Kuwaiti youth and his bedoun girlfriend have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control for consuming drugs. The suspects were caught red-handed at an unidentified location. Police have seized from the pair cigarettes filled of hashish and a sachet of shabu.
