The Criminal Court acquitted a Kuwaiti citizen who was accused of committing robbery under threat and violence. According to the case file, the citizen was arrested for physically attacking the victim and threatening him with a knife in a manner that deprived the victim an opportunity for resistance after which he robbed him. However, Lawyer Mohammad Al-Mutairi made a verbal presentation during the court session and stressed that his client did not have any link with the attack. He faulted the process of investigation, insisting that there are no sufficient proofs to substantiate the allegation.
