Criminal Court Acquitted 3 Kuwaitis For Possession Of Illicit Drugs

The Criminal Court acquitted three Kuwaitis of alleged possession of illicit drugs at a livestock pen in Kabad. The prosecution officer nabbed the suspects while conducting security check in the area. Apparently, the suspects were in a car when the officer waived them down for checking, and observed that the second suspect who was in the passenger’s seat beside the driver was hiding a substance under the seat. He also noticed the two suspects were disoriented and ordered them to get off from the car. He found the substance in a sachet hidden under the seat, and the second suspect admitted sole ownership.
