Csc Urged To Reconsider Ban On Moe Employees Periodic Vacations Who Are Working On Wage System
Following the news report published recently about the ban of Ministry of Education on providing periodic vacations to Bedoun employees who are working on wage system, a survey was carried out by the Al-Seyassah daily on “Twitter” social networking website in this regard.
About 90 percent of the educational personnel who participated in the survey rejected the decision, describing it as “inhumane” and stressing that this category of employees should have the right to take emergency leaves, maternity leaves and so on, reports Al- Seyassah daily.
The participants urged the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to reconsider its decision. Meanwhile, informed sources from the educational sector revealed that the headmistress (of undisclosed identity) of a kindergarten school affiliated to Farwaniya Educational Zone took some illegal actions against four executive officials of the school and issued a decision to transfer them from Al-Jawzaa Kindergarten School in Sabah Al-Nasser to another school in Khaitan.
They revealed that the four executive officials have filed a complaint with the relevant supervisor against the headmistress, demanding that she be referred for investigations.
