Customs Foil Bid To Smuggle Kd32,000

The customs officers arrested an Arab national who was trying to leave the country, taking with him the sum of KD32,000. The officers, who were acting following a tip-off, apprehended the man at Kuwait International Airport. He was caught and referred to the Public Prosecution to account for the money and face charges.
