Department Of Domestic Labor Withdraws Licenses Of 6 Maid Recruitment Offices For 1 Month

The Director of the Department of Domestic Labor Mohammad Al-Ajmi has issued a decision to withdraw the licenses of 6 offices which bring domestic workers for a month and barred these offices from concluding any contracts or visas and also issued another decision to withdraw the licence of another office for six months. According to the source, the actions that have been taken are with regard to the arrest of a diplomat from an African country by the concerned authorities of that country on charges of supplying labor to Kuwait illegally and exploiting the terms and conditions of the contract.
