Director Of A Fake Domestic Labor Office And 11 Housemaids Arrested
General Department for Residency Affairs affiliated to the Citizenship and Passport Sector announced the arrest of the director of a fake domestic labor office and 11 housemaids, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
According to security sources, the department had received information that the owner of the domestic labor office would present to the visitors that he has women who are willing to work as housemaids.
The visitors then pay the registration fees and recruit the housemaids. However, after these women work for a short time and take their salaries, they run away and return to practicing prostitution and deceit.
The department formed a team and raided the office to arrest the director of the office and 11 housemaids registered under the office. Public Relations and Security Media Department affirmed that those who do not follow the law and regulations of this country will be arrested and referred to the concerned authorities where they will face appropriate punishment for their crimes.
