Duo Arrested

The Farwaniya police in two separate incidents have arrested two Kuwaitis who had been sentenced in absentia for failing to pay debts. One man was wanted for failing to pay KD 200,000 and the other KD 86,000. One of them was caught while driving along a street in Farwaniya.
