Ia n research published in the jounal 'Association for consumer research', it was revealed that people who eat without hunger tend to more glucose levels, with a more glucose levels. With a sample set 45 students, it was noted that people who were hungry before the meal tended to have lower blood glucose levels after consuming the meal. So taste is a dangerous addiction. Eat only when you are hungry.
