Expat Arrested In Possession Of 35 Liquor Bags

An Indian expatriate was arrested in Salmiya area in possession of 35 bags of local-made liquor. A security source said officers on routine patrol in the aforementioned area saw the suspect standing in front of a building, and he tried to run away when the officers approached him for checking. He then confessed hiding 35 bags of liquor behind one vehicle during questioning. He was arrested and referred to concerned authorities.
