Fake Broker Arrested

Personnel from the Hawally Investigation Department have arrested a jobless 34-year-old ‘real-estate’ Kuwaiti broker for fraud and swindling scores of Kuwaitis and expatriates, reports Al-Rai daily.

The arrest came after the victims filed cases against the suspect who pretended to work for a real estate firm as a broker and sold property and apartments which do not exist for low prices.

The ploy was to take part money in advance and escape. The suspect has been referred to the concerned authorities. ,
