Frenchman Planning Euro 2016 Attacks Detained On Ukraine-poland Border

 A Frenchman allegedly planning Euro 2016 attacks detained on Ukraine-Poland border with stockpile of weapons and explosives.

The head of Ukraine’s security service said the detained right-wing activist intended to target Muslim and Jewish places of worship and administrative buildings in France.

The official said the suspect planned "15 attacks" targeting Muslim, Jewish places of worship, government buildings in France on eve of Euro 2016 soccer championship.

The official said that the man had made contact with illegal armed groups in Ukraine, but gave no details.

The month-long 2016 UEFA European Championship (Euro 2016), will be the 15th edition of the UEFA European Championship. It kicks off in France from June 10 and runs till July 10, 2016.
