Any worker who completes more than 10 years in a single company will get "No of years worked * Monthly Salary" , Max indeminity a worker can avail is "18 Months Salary"  even if you work in a single company more than 18 years you will get only 18 months salary as Indemnity.

How Indemnity is calculated for the workers who are paid on daily basis

  • If the employee works with the current company for less than 3 years then he is not eligible for Indemnity
  • If the employee works with the current company for more than 3 years and less than 5 years then he is eligible for 1/3 of monthly salary * no of years worked
  • If the employee works with the current company for more than 5 years and less than 10 years then he is eligible for 1/2 of monthly salary * no of years worked
  • If the employee works with the current company for more than 10 years then he is eligible for Monthly salary * No of years worked
