Indian Nabbed In Liquor Trade

Ahmadi securitymen arrested an Indian man for trading in alcohol, local daily reported. Acting on a tip-off that the suspect is operating a local liquor factory in Sabah Al-Ahmad, Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safah formed a securitymen tasked to put the suspect under surveillance. The team raided the suspect’s apartment after verifying the information, leading to the discovery of 200 barrels full of local alcohol, 100 bags of sugar, 50 cartons of leavening and equipment for manufacturing alcohol. During interrogation, the suspect admitted that he is manufacturing and selling local liquor. He was referred to the concerned department for legal action.
