Kuwaiti Requested Securitymen To Look For His Parrot

In a strange incident, a young Kuwaiti living in Salwa reportedly called the area police station and requested the securitymen to look for his parrot which had apparently escaped from the cage. The caller then went to the police station and filed a complaint accusing an unidentified person of stealing the bird.
