Kuwaiti Woman Cheated

Police are looking for an unidentifi ed young man for cheating a Kuwaiti woman, with his sweet talk the suspect lured the victim with promises of marriage and disappeared after taking KD 3,000 from her. The victim has fi led a complaint with the Criminal Investigations Department and given police all information about the cheat.
