Kuwaiti Woman Inventor Showcases Braille Pen In South Korea From 16 To 19

Kuwaiti inventor Shaikha Al-Majid took part in an international women inventions fair currently held in South Korea from 16 to 19 June.

Al-Majid stressed the significance of her participation in the international invention event, which is one of the most important and largest world specialised exhibitions.

Elaborating about her invention, she said it is a pen to aid blind people to write in the braille style, in an easier and more comfortable way.

Al-Majid claimed she has received a patent from the USA for her invention, adding that her contribution was honoured by the Taiwan Invention Innovation Industry Association (TIIIA) as being one of the most prominent inventions in the event.
