Lawsuits During Night Shifts

Minister of Justice and State Minister for National Assembly Affairs Dr Faleh Al- Azb confirmed the issuance of a decision to look into lawsuits during night shift — from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm — due to the large number of lawsuits, reports Al- Seyassah daily.

He also unveiled a plan to issue a decision on opening offices affiliated to the Sentences Enforcement Department along the borders soon. He disclosed these offices will allow those traveling to pay fines without disrupting their travel arrangements. He added the above mentioned decisions are in line with the instructions of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to ease procedures for the people. He went on to say that due to complaints on the recent appointment of experts at the Ministry of Justice, a committee was formed to review all applications and he promised to correct any mistake that will be uncovered.
