Lawyer Accuses Kuwaiti Diplomat Of Offending Political Leadership

A lawyer has lodged a complaint at the Public Prosecution against a Kuwaiti diplomat working in a foreign country, accusing him of offending the political leadership of Kuwait in public and in front of the employees, reports Al- Rai daily. The lawyer lodged the complaint on behalf of another diplomat who is one of the colleagues of the suspect.

According to informed sources, the suspect used bad words against the political leadership of Kuwait many times. One of his colleagues witnessed the suspect using bad words against the political leadership more than once along with two others.

They investigated the matter and confirmed that the diplomat has done it several times before. A report in this regard has been referred to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for taking necessary action. The sources revealed that the ministry did not take any action and the suspect is still holding on to his position in that foreign country.
