Legal Action Sought

Minister of Public Works Abdul Rahman Al Mutawa will refer those in charge of the follow-up of new asphalt mix with the British Advisory Office of the Ministry to investigation for legal action against them, reports Al- Shahed daily quoting reliable sources. The sources said the technical report of the Test Center at the Ministry of Health said the asphalt mix that was used by the ministry over a year ago in cooperation with the British Advisory Office to address the problem of flying gravel was invalid and failed to address the problem, which requires a revision of its own technical standards.
