Moh May Face Legal Problems Due To Administrative Error

The Minister of Health may face legal problems due to an administrative error, The daily quoting security sources an unidentified female employee working in the position of a manager was sent into retirement early, although according to the law retirement did not apply to her.

The civil service law No 101/2013 states the retirement of Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti doctors shall be at the age of 75 and the said manager should have been appointed as a counselor.
