New Mechanisms To Evaluate The Need For Foreign Workers In Kuwait

Aassessing the needs of certain government contracts for foreign workers would help reduce restrictions on obtaining work permits for them.

The committee has the power to get acquainted with the relevant procedures at the different government bodies, the minister noted. It aims at setting new mechanisms to evaluate the need for foreign workers for the good of public interests, reorganizing the labor market as well as to avoid imbalance of the population structure, Acting Director of the Public Authority for Manpower Abdullah Al-Mutawa said.
