Pam Target Fake Labor

The Kuwait Public Manpower Authority (PAM) will soon embark on inspection campaigns to identify fake labor in the industrial, agricultural, trading and contracting sectors. Sources close to the PAM said the authority will close the files of institutes if they are found to be violating the labor laws. Their licences will be cancelled; the owners will be ordered to pay fines and may even end up behind bars.
