Professional Fraudster Arrested

Securitymen from the Criminal Investigations Department arrested a professional fraudster who forged an identification card and claimed to be a representative of the United Nations as Goodwill Ambassador.

The fraudster planned to invite a minister and a number of lawmakers to a big party in a well-known hotel to honor them, thus, he could gain money from sponsoring companies and individuals.

Securitymen nabbed the fraudster in front of his fake office and confiscated many invitation cards which they found in his car. The fraudster turned out to be wanted by law for involvement in a financial case to the tune of KD 23,000.
