Restaurant Penalised For Serious Hygiene Violations

A restaurant located in Al-Salmiya district in Kuwait City has been penalised for serious hygiene violations. The municipal authorities acted fast after seeing a video of rats at the restaurant. They also took samples of the food items on sale to be checked at the central lab of the Health Ministry. The Municipality of Kuwait urged owners of restaurants, cooperative societies, markets and other food outlets to comply with hygiene rules and regulations.
