Security Checks To Continue Across The Country
Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Abdul Fattah Al-Ali has stressed the need to continue holding security campaigns in all governorates as well as to monitor the security sector to ensure the preparedness of security operatives, as part of the efforts to control the security situation in all areas of the country and protect the lives and properties of the people. According to a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, Major General Al-Ali held a meeting with the Acting Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safa after which he carried out inspection tours in the chalets areas of Ahmadi Governorate including Khairan Resort, Khairan Pearl and other resorts. He met a number of people who frequent such places and discussed with them the problems they usually face when they spend their holidays in these resorts and chalets. He also met the owners of the chalets, listened to their complaints and viewpoints, and assured them that he will study the complaints and work on solving the problems as soon as possible. Major General Al-Ali met the security officials of Ahmadi Security Directorate and encouraged them to exert increased efforts by taking all precautionary measures and security procedures for ensuring the safety of the chalets and resorts.
