Selling Medicines Worth Kd 20,000 To Private Pharmacies For Low Prices

Police have arrested an unidentified expatriate for selling medicines worth KD 20,000 to private pharmacies for low prices. According to reliable sources these medicines were stolen from government hospitals and are available only to Kuwaitis who suffer from severe illnesses. When the suspect was asked about the source of the medicines, he admitted to obtaining them from government pharmacies. The sources added, a decision has now been taken to install CCTV cameras in all pharmacies affiliated to the Ministry of Health to prevent thefts and manipulation in the distribution of medicines.
