Sharjah Police Arrested 3 For Stealing From Cars, So Dont Leave Valuable Things In Your Car Be Careful

Sharjah Police on Sunday urged residents not to leave valuables in their cars after arresting three suspects who allegedly broke into dozens of vehicles. The three men committed a series of break-ins in different residential areas, police said on Sunday.

Owners of vehicles reported damage to their cars and in some cases valuables were stolen. The gang forced windows open to break into the cars, leaving little evidence of the break-ins. Confused car owners then later discovered cash and other items had been stolen from their vehicles.

All the thieves are Ethiopian Detectives arrested the suspects after receiving reports from car owners about the burglaries. In cooperation with Ajman Police, all the suspects were arrested in their apartment in Ajman.

After their arrest, the suspects admitted they stole from dozens of cars. Police recovered a number of valuable items which included 11 smartphones, 8 branded watches, women’s hand bags, and sun glasses, which were found hidden in the ceiling of the apartment.

Sharjah Police arrested the culprits and referred them to the public prosecution for further action. Colonel Ebrahim Al Ajel, Head of Criminal and Investigation Department at Sharjah Police, advised people not “to leave any valuables in their cars, even small coins, because it could tempt those who have weak souls”.
