Six Nepalis Arrested For Manufacturing Liquor In Egaila

Six Nepali expatriates including three women were arrested for manufacturing liquor in Egaila area. According to security sources, Ahmadi securitymen led by Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safa noticed a man flee after saw a patrol vehicle in Egaila area.

They followed him and saw him enter a house. When they carried out investigations, they discovered that the house is being used for manufacturing liquor.

After obtaining permission from the Public Prosecution, securitymen raided the house and confiscated 518 bottles and 204 barrels filled with locally manufactured liquor, 4 machines and six barrels used for purification, nine boxes of yeast and 60 sacks of sugar.

They arrested six Nepali expatriates from the house including three women and referred them with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action
