Specialized Copper Cable Thief Caught
Farwaniya securitymen arrested an Asian expatriate specialized in copper cable theft, as he was caught unloading stolen copper cables and wires belonging to the ministries into a garage in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh.
He admitted disassembling stolen items in the garage for sale, with the help of his partner. A security source said Farwaniya patrolmen while on a round of Jleeb Al- Shuyoukh area spotted the suspect unloading bags into a garage. They found a quantity of stolen copper cables and wires, as they approached him for checking. He confessed to the crime and named his accomplice whom he claims was about to help him cut the items into pieces for sale
