Sudanese Manager Jailed

After some shareholders of the Timas Company filed complaints of misappropriation of funds with the Public Prosecution the judge sent the Sudanese manager to the Central Prison for 21 days. According to reports six complaints have been filed against the suspect and investigations into them are expected to be completed next week. It is worth mentioning the Sentences Renewal Judge had earlier issued a decision to release two men the Sudanese manager and a Jordanian on KD 5,000 bail each. Both men were arrested in Abu Dhabi upon a request from the Kuwaiti Interpol and extradited to Kuwait.
