Unlicensed Factory Seized Making Fake Cleaning Products In Jabriya Area

Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that its officials who were working on the evening shift at Jabriya Inspection Center raided a place where adulterated cleaning materials were manufactured. The raid was carried out based on directives from the Director of Inspection Oudh Al-Khayat and head of the department Nasser Abdul-Kareem. According to a press release, the plant was placing fake stickers of international brands on the materials, and a large number of consumers have been buying the imitation products due to the popularity of the brand. The ministry had been carrying out investigations against suspects and will continue searching for other places with similar activities.
