Us Firm Wins 18m Dollars Deal To Fit-out Kuwait University Laboratories

Kewaunee Scientific Corporation has announced that it has been awarded a contract valued at $18.5 million for the new College of Science complex for Kuwait University's Sabah Al-Salem University City. This is the second college at the new Sabah Al-Salem University City for which Kewaunee will be supplying laboratory furniture, fume hoods, and related products, it said in a statement.

It said it is nearing completion of its contract to provide similar products for the College of Engineering and Petroleum complex.

"We are delighted and very proud to have been selected to continue working with Kuwait University, Turner Projacs JV, MCC, and the entire construction team on this world-class complex for higher education," said David M Rausch, Kewaunee Scientific's president and CEO.
