Visit Visa Issued For Daughter, But Not Issued For Sister In Law

My husband had applied for a visit visa for two-year-old daughter and for his sister at Ahmadi immigration. But the manager rejected for his sister application and approved daughter’s visa. We don’t know the reason about it. And they referred us to Farwaniya immigration. Any advice about it. My husband has a KD 500 salary and he meets the requirements. Now how can my 2-year-old daughter travel alone?

Answer: We had published on our newspaper about new salary requirements to get dependent visa and visit visa for family and immediate family members, but we had not mentioned anywhere that visas for immediate family members are open. Just to let you know the visas for parents and immediate family members are still closed.

Regarding your second question in regards to your daughter traveling alone you will need to book unaccompanied minor service where your child will be received at the originating airport, taken care of during transit and while onboard the aircraft. The child will be handed over to you upon arrival at Kuwait Airport.
