Location: Al Shaheed Park - Phase 1
Meeting Point: Core A Grass Area
Time: 7 - 8 pm
Run Includes:
1)Full body Warmups
2)Full Body workouts
3)Teaching proper form in exercises
4) 1 or 2 laps of running in phase 1 and/or phase 2 followed by 5-10min of stretching at the end.
