Yoga For Harmony And Peace

We welcome all citizens and residents of Kuwait and all age groups to come and experience this event.

This event is one of many in the run up to the international Yoga Day to be held on the Friday, 24th of the june 2016 at the 
Indian Embassy Premises.

Notes:

• participants to bring their own yoga mats.
• Dress code: Light cotton in the shades of white. No
  cloak room and changing room available.
• Childrens below 5years and pregnant woman may avoid 
  the session.
• Please don't eat anything 8 hours before your yoga session.
• Limited parking available - car pool is recommended.
