The Worst online site service in Kuwait for ticket booking,
I have booked my ticket on Mar 26th 2018 and have received mail on Apr 6th 2018 stating the ticket has been cancelled and the complete refund will be processed. When I called Customer care for the first time they have responded and said the refund will process in 24 hrs. It’s been more than a month and still refund is not processed.
Following up with them was never easy as they do not attend your calls at customer service center and they do not respond on the mails ASAP. If they reply to the mails it would be mentioning as concerned department will contact which never happens.
NO SLA for the refunds.
No Office address to go in person and contact Citybookers.
