Description

The origins of the Fish Store, starts when a group of students, while in school, started cooking fish for their own meals. They would source fresh fish from the fish market in Kuwait City, Souk Al-Samak, and would prepare the dishes, just as their mothers had taught them, back home. After graduation, the idea kept simmering in their heads about a collaborative effort to launch a restaurant, and to share their passion with others through food. After years of pondering, and headed by one of the students, the mechanical engineer, the idea was put into action.It took, a lot of time, effort, and meticulous planing to create what they had in mind, but the determined group of students were not deterred, and saw the idea through. That idea is now a reality, via The Fish Store.
